Hi everyone! 10 days ago I start my lose weight journey and I lost 7 pounds.
And I don’t know if it good for 10 days, because I expected more(
I don’t eat bread, don’t eat chocolate and all this not healthy stuff. Just once I made at morning sort of pancake, but I ate just 3 and in morning when I checked weight was no plus.
I feel not so happy and i lost little of motivation.
