Hello…today, Monday, 7 November 2011…I’m committing to putting my plan in writing…committing to it publicly! I actually started my journey back on 1 June 2011. I started at 268, and my goal is to be at 150, and as of 1 November 2011, I’ve lost 57 pounds so far.
Today, 7 Nov 2011: I did 60 min on eliptical, burning 840 cal. (I’m not a calorie counter!), stayed on my plan of no sweets.
